We were delighted with the complimentary WiFi at Eclipse House. It was like being connected to the online world with the speed of a champion racehorse. We could browse, stream, and stay in touch with friends and family without any hurdles or slow downs.
Toilet roll quantity.

The location of the property is fantastic, just a short walk from the bustling high street filled with bars, restaurants, and shops. It is also conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to explore nearby towns like Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds. The property itself is modern and well-equipped, with spacious bedrooms and a stylish kitchen. Additionally, guests can enjoy the nearby children's play area and the pleasant view of people riding horses in the mornings.
The cleanliness of the grill pan and the lack of instructions for regulating the shower temperature were minor issues that need to be addressed.

I recently stayed at Eclipse House Villa in Newmarket and found it to be perfectly convenient for my transit stay. The location was excellent as it was just 17 km away from the nearest airport, providing a hassle-free journey. With 8 spacious bedrooms, the hotel offered ample space and comfort for a large group or family.
I must mention that the lounge area at Eclipse House Villa was quite small.

The room at Eclipse House was cozy and comfortable with a real homely vibe. I absolutely loved having 2 bathrooms because it meant no morning battles over the shower. And having a washing machine was a total game-changer for a busy traveler like me!
I have to admit, I wasn't a huge fan of the decor in the room. But hey, that's just my personal taste, and I'm sure others would find it charming in its own way.

The location was super convenient for attending a wedding at the Jockey Club Rooms. The house was clean, warm, and had extra little touches that made it feel like home. Each bedroom had a double bed and plenty of space. The place was very clean and tidy throughout. We appreciated the little extras like tea, coffee, snacks, and toiletries that were provided. Communication with Aaron was excellent.

The place was really clean and tidy, with some nice little extras like tea, coffee, and snacks. The location was great, with a convenient distance to everything you need. Plus, the communication with the owner was excellent.
On the downside, the ironing board cover was in poor condition and wouldn't stay in place. There was also not enough toilet roll provided, even with eight people staying.
